 OUR COMMISSION

Our management commission ranges from 10% -15% for both residential and commercial properties and is subject to negotiations depending on the amount of business and or the property market prevailing at a particular point in time. All the commissions we charge are guided by the Estate Agents Council scale of fees. It is on this basis that we perform real estate business with high standards of professionalism.

The company has Mr Lazarus Mupenzwa as the Principal Registered Estate Agent and is a holder of B- Tech Real Estate   with UNISA.His experience,  professionalism and knowledge of the property industry is excellent and unquestionable. He has worked for several reputable property companies for the past fifteen years.  

Mr Collen Ngwenya is  a wonderful Property Manager who is highly skilled and qualified in the Real Estate Business and leads a team of other property managers

Mr Akim Mhute is highly qualified and experienced in the property business and he leads a Sales team of  highly skilled  negotiators

Accounts and Adminstration- Mr Tatenda Savanhu is our accountant/bookkeeper and leads this department. He is currently finalizing his articles, he is highly qualified and experienced in the accounting/bookkeeping field.  

 

5.0      ADVERTISING MEDIA

We advertise on classifieds website, in the local newspaper as well as Homes Magazine and out of Afy rica Magazine.

 

6.0      COMPETITIVENESS

The company currently rates itself very highly in the domestic market.  We are not really involved in the Overseas market, but we do get numerous enquiries from overseas clients who do buy property in this country.

The company’s capital base is estimated to be $15 000.00 based on the company’s cliental base on sales ,valuations and or  appraisals.
